Sohar is the heart of North Al Batinah and home to many families and professionals working around the port and industrial area. This guide explains how delivery works in Sohar and the surrounding Batinah towns, and how to make the handover as smooth as possible.

Where we deliver in North Al Batinah

Our couriers deliver across Sohar, including Falaj Al Qabail, Al Hambar, Al Tareef, Al Multaqa and the neighbourhoods around Sohar Corniche and the city centre. We also reach nearby wilayats such as Liwa, Saham, Shinas and Al Khaburah where coverage is available. Industrial area addresses are fine too, as long as you are reachable by phone.

Batinah villages can share similar names, so include your wilayat, village and a clear landmark. A short note such as "near the roundabout by the Lulu hypermarket" helps drivers enormously.

Delivery time and courier calls

Most orders reach Sohar within about five days of ordering. The courier calls before arriving, so you can choose to receive the parcel at home, at work or another convenient address. If you work shifts at the port or in the free zone, mention your preferred delivery window when the courier calls.

Cash on Delivery and free delivery

We accept Cash on Delivery only, so there is nothing to pay until the parcel is in your hands. Delivery is free on all orders. Many customers combine a main product with a lubricant or toy cleaner.

Coastal climate care

Sohar's coastal air is warm and often humid. Keep products in a cool, dry place indoors, allow them to dry fully after washing, and keep rechargeable items away from windows and car dashboards where heat builds up quickly.
