How Discreet Cash on Delivery Works Across Oman
Step by step: what happens after you order, how plain packaging looks, when the courier calls, and how to pay cash on delivery anywhere in Oman.

Step 1: placing your order
Add products to your cart and go to checkout. We only ask for what the courier needs: your name, a reachable Omani phone number and a delivery address with a landmark. There is no card field, because we accept Cash on Delivery only.
Double-check your phone number before you submit. In Oman, couriers rely heavily on calls and WhatsApp messages to find addresses, so a wrong number is the most common reason for a delayed delivery.
Step 2: packing in plain boxes
Your items are packed in a plain outer carton. There are no product names, pictures or store logos on the outside, and the shipping label shows only the information needed for delivery. To anyone handling it, the parcel looks like any other online purchase.
Step 3: the courier calls ahead
Most orders arrive within about five days, depending on your area. Before setting out, the courier phones or sends a message to confirm the address and time. If the suggested time does not suit you, agree another one, or nominate a different address such as your office.
In Muscat deliveries are usually fastest. Parcels to Salalah, Sur or inland towns such as Nizwa travel further by road and may take a little longer, especially around Eid or during khareef season.
Step 4: paying in cash
When the parcel is in your hands, pay the courier in Omani rials. It helps to have the exact amount ready. Delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum order, so it can be worth adding a lubricant or care product to your cart before you check out.
